The cabin will easily sleep 6 people with a queen bed, full size bed and twin bed. It was built in 1988 with a 12/12 pitch roof and treated wood pilings for its foundation. There is a community fresh water spring on the lake for clear, clean, drinking water. Property being sold as-is with all furnishings included. The head of the Martin River and Red Lake lies just behind the cabin less than 1/2 mile; both Bear Cove and the Martin River have a healthy run of red salmon during the summer and the Martin River area is very popular for bear, goat, and moose hunting in the fall. Bay Excursions Water Taxi is available for transportation from the Homer Spit to the trail head in Bear Cove for approx. $90.00 round trip per person. Or float plane drops can be arranged through Beluga Air Service or Jose de Creeft Northwind Aviation from Homer.
